Qualty Garuntee and Free Replacements
All cells recovered are from low use near new packs, either from product recalls (unrelated to the cells) warranty returns from external failures within 1 year of operations, or packs imported with faulty BMSs that were never charged or discharged. All batteries are voltage and IR tested before sale, and usually test at 90% state of health or above on average.
Unless specified in the product or requested, full capacity tests on indivdual cells are not always done, samples from each batch are capacity tested before being stocked. It is expected that customers will capacity test cells on arrival for their own assurance. This allows the cost to remain very low.
If your cells dont perform as expected, just let us know and we'll happily arrange a free replacement.

Can I Pickup?
Pick-up is available from U9/ 26 Ellerslie Rd, Meadowbrook QLD 4131, only after an order has been made and prepared.
Pickup is also available for limited products warehoused in other cities, or held by our supply partners.
How can I trust the battery quality?
All of our individual cells are hand tested unless described otherwise. We sell only batteries and cells with a known history and minimal or zero usage.
We offer a replacement warranty on any faulty products if we are notified within 30 days of purchase.
Is Free Delivery Offered?
Free delivery is offered in the greater Brisbane region on all purchases over $500! Other local drop off options available by emailing econtact@slbatteries.com.au.
